Fred W. Crow, Sr. started the practice in 1907 and served as Judge of the Meigs County Common Pleas Court.

Fred W. Crow, Jr., now deceased, was a Special Agent for the FBI before joining the Crow and Crow law firm with his father, Fred W. Crow, Sr. and also served thirty five years as Village solicitor, Pomeroy, Ohio.

I. Carson Crow, is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Meigs County Bar Association.
Admitted for practice in the US District Court of Southern Ohio and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Has an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell which denotes the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards.
A title agent for Ohio Bar Title.
A former Meigs County Assistant Prosecutor serving twelve years.
And served as Judge of the Meigs County Common Pleas Court.
